Another seminar for primary care physicians, patronage and practical nurses was organized in Parkent and Yangiyul districts.
The training seminar, organized under the direction of the chief endocrinologist of Tashkent region, M.M.Karimova, aimed at improving the knowledge and practical skills of primary health care workers in the region, early detection of diabetes mellitus among the population over 40 years of age, and organization of screening activities on a qualitative and systematic basis, was conducted by endocrinologists Z.N.Mirzakodirov and Sh.R.Makhamatova of Parkent and Yangiyul districts.
At this seminar 27 family physicians and 192 nurses from 56 Parkent CTMP, 69,70,74 Yangiyul and Yangikhayot OPs took part in detailed trainings on “Normal blood sugar indicators, anthropometric indicators, complaints and other indicators in the diagnosis of diabetes mellitus” and “Route of a patient with diabetes mellitus” on the stages of monitoring and treatment of the patient.
