Ministry of Health: Early diagnosis allows timely treatment and prevention of complications.
Recently in the city of Karshi, the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Endocrinology organized a scientific and practical conference on “Multidisciplinary approach to prevention, early diagnosis and treatment of endocrine diseases in the system of primary health care”.
The event was attended by leading specialists in endocrinology, therapists, nutritionists, and representatives of the health care system to discuss modern problems and effective methods of combating endocrine diseases.
Speaking at the event, Anvar Alimov, director of the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Endocrinology, stressed the importance of disease prevention in primary care and cooperation between doctors of different profiles.
The conference discussed such topics as new approaches to screening and early detection of endocrine diseases, the role of primary health care in prevention and treatment of diabetes and obesity, multidisciplinary interaction of specialists to improve the effectiveness of treatment, modern methods of informing and working with patients.
