Outpatient monitoring of endocrine diseases in the DMED electronic system! The chief endocrinologist of the Tashkent region and the endocrinology dispensary's supervisors studied the differences between patients with endocrine diseases registered under D monitoring in the primary system and those included in the DMED system, the accuracy of ICD diagnoses, the development of a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual network plan for home visiting nurses to screen the population aged 40 and older, as well as the implementation of planned invitations to screening and referrals to family doctors based on risk group, etc., and provided practical assistance in resolving existing issues.
Family doctors, IT specialists, and home visiting nurses were also assigned relevant tasks and provided clarifications on the full and high-quality inclusion of patients under D monitoring for endocrine diseases in their regions in the DMED system, the centralized distribution of medications after reimbursement, free prescriptions, and electronic orders.
