It's the third day of the congress. We continue to learn and make new friends.

The National Congress of Endocrinologists is more than just a platform for presentations. It's a lively conversation about where medicine is heading. And today, this conversation has truly inspired us.

Medical and social sciences and preventive medicine are gaining momentum.

They're no longer on the fringes—they're at the forefront of the agenda.

Today, several presentations were given on the traditional diets of different peoples and their role in the development of overweight, obesity, and diabetes. It might seem difficult to change something that's been passed down from generation to generation.

It turns out it's possible. Traditional dishes can be adapted to the principles of a healthy lifestyle without destroying culture or depriving people of the familiar taste of home.

This is personalized medicine in its broadest sense—when science respects people, their history, and their roots.

We are for a healthy country and a healthy generation.

And very soon—on May 30th—we are making this a reality.

The "Healthy Generation" festival is a joint project of the EndoMir Foundation, St. Petersburg State University, and the N.I. Pirogov Clinic of High Medical Technologies.

We look forward to seeing you! Details coming soon.
